WhAT Association (or shortly WhATA) are an architectural group set up in October 2005 in the Vienna-Budapest train.

WhATA are:

WhATA are born in 1978 in Bulgaria.

WhATA graduate as architects at the UACEG Sofia in March 2003.

WhATA (before founding WhATA) win special award at the UIA Berlin 2002 Student Competition with their project Berlin — Make Your Own City.

WhATA love shopping, Berlin, long conversations over a glass of mineral water, Apple, Egoist Magazine from the 90-ies, Malyovitza Mountain and Rem Koolhaas.

WhATA like architecture with manifesto, design with sense of humour and the irony in all of its forms.
